We are committed to providing you and your guests with an unrivaled experience of a lifetime. Our exclusive “One Event At a Time” policy means you’ll have the entire building, and all three levels and terraces to host a simply spectacular, unforgettable event for yourself and your guests.

Built-in Bars on Each Floor

Each floor of The Cruz Building includes a majestic, floor-to-ceiling handcarved mahogany bar, complete with illuminated Onyx stone counter and stained glass ceiling. Whether you choose to serve cocktails, stationary hors d'oeuvres, or ice cream sundaes, it’s a stunning focal point for each room, and a great place for your guests to gather.

Luxury Bridal/VIP Chamber with Restroom & Shower

In preparation for your event at The Cruz Building, you’ll have the luxury of a private, furnished suite, complete with lounging sofa, and antique desk or makeup vanity. The chamber includes the comfort of a full bathroom, with shower, and is located on the third level, within steps of the festivities for quick touch-ups. Perfect for Guests of Honor who need a place to prepare before their presentation, and brides who need a place to change before the ceremony, as well as quick wardrobe changes.

Green Room with Private Restroom & Shower

You’ll also have the use of a private room, easily accessible by elevator or stairs, for use as a Green Room for entertainers, or a quick changing room for grooms or members of the bridal party. While not as lavish as the VIP Chamber, this suite also includes access to a private bath and shower.

Ornately Furnished His & Hers Restrooms on Every Floor

Your guests will feel pampered in ornately decorated, separate Gentlemen's and Ladies restrooms on each level, complete with antique fixtures and Bathroom Attendants.

Beveled Glass and Brass Panoramic Elevator 

As your guests travel from floor to floor, they'll enjoy a panoramic view of the lights and festivities on each floor in our beautiful decorative iron and brass, panoramic elevator.

Kitchens For Cooking, Prep
& Refrigeration

The Cruz Building is equipped with onsite kitchens on all three levels, allowing your caterer the comfort and flexibility of refrigerating, cooking and preparing fresh foods onsite, within easy serving distance of your guests. You’ll have a fully equipped chef kitchen, icemaker and dumbwaiter access to smaller kitchens on all levels.

State-of-the-Art Audio Sound System

To make sure you can easily control your music and sound system, across all floors and terraces, The Cruz Building includes a fully integrated, iPod-ready audio sound system. It’s fully customizable so that you can set it for individual floors, or to play simultaneous on all floors at once. You can even decide to play dance music in the ballroom, while relaxing cocktail music plays on the terrace. It’s up to you!

Location for Photography

The Cruz Building includes many beautiful settings for photographs. Brides, Quinceañeras and others renting the venue for receptions may schedule an appointment for a photo shoot before their event, at no additional cost.

Ease of Load-In/Load Out

When you're planning a one-of-a-kind event, we know your caterer and other vendors need to be able to set up easily and efficiently on that special day. Your vendors will have street-level load-in and load-out, with elevator access to all levels, as well as storage cabilities for kitchen supplies and equipment.

WiFi Access

Dedicated, hi-speed, wireless Internet access is available on all floors of The Cruz Building, at no additional cost.
